SUMMARY:42nd Annual Buttons and Bows
DESCRIPTION:Over 100 vendors from Manhattan and surrounding towns selling handcrafted/homemade goods.  At least 34 of those 100+ vendors are new to the event!  Coming from Grain Valley\, MO\, Wichita\, Overland Park\, many surrounding towns.  Admission is $2 cash for 5 yrs and older and that also gets you an entry for the quilt raffle donated by a MCS family.  (Dana Roy)  So stop and write your name and number down on the quilt raffle table.  Our Bake sale is always a hit and will have lots of goodies supplied by MCS parents. (no food trucks this year).  We will also have a NEW “Vendor Showcase” raffle with an entry of $1 (or 6 for $5).  These were donated goods from our generous vendors to help our schools fundraising needs!\nThis event is always so much fun for the community and we are hearing a lot of excitement that it’s back at the armory this year!\nThis is the PTO’s largest fundraiser.  Here are some items purchased from Buttons‘n Bows sales: \n

DESCRIPTION:We’re back in the parking lot at Rockin K’s! 1880 Kimball Avenue.  Come try over 25 different chili recipes/samples while watching the away Kansas State @ Baylor game on a 15 ft. jumbotron outside of Rockin K’s. All proceeds and prize money are donated to non-profits in the Manhattan area. In 2021\, over $17\,000 was given away to over 30 different non-profit organizations.
