Accord Hospice & Palliative Care will be hosting a “Planning for you End-of-Life Journey” on Thursday April 13th from 5:30pm-7:00pm. The event will be held in conjunction with National Healthcare Decisions Day. Appetizers and drinks will be served. The topic will be “5 Wishes: The First Living Will that talks about your personal, emotional, spiritual, and medical wishes.
